Timeline: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your product (Switch, Router, Access Point, etc.) must be new, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or purchase invoice is required.
Certain products and services cannot be returned:
Software Licenses: Firewall licenses (Fortinet, Cisco) or Cloud PBX licenses that have already been activated.
Opened Consumables: Storage drives (HDD/SSD) where the antistatic packaging has been opened.
Custom Configurations: Servers configured to order according to your specific technical requirements.
Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to products where the packaging has been opened but the item is in perfect working condition.
If your equipment (e.g., dead switch power supply, faulty router port) shows a manufacturing defect:
Please contact us immediately for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure.
We will proceed with a standard exchange or repair according to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions (Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco, etc.).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
